At Heart & Hope Care you will be providing support to a variety of vulnerable individuals within the community, living with various disabilities, including but not limited to, high risk mental health, psychosocial disorders, physical, and Intellectual difficulties.
As a support worker with Heart & Hope Care, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in our community who need it the most. You will be responsible for assisting individuals with various activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility support, medication management, and household tasks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful social activities, accompany individuals to appointments, and promote their participation in the community.
