Support with Shopping and Attending Appointments Assistance with daily tasks such as grocery shopping and transport to medical or personal appointments, ensuring participants can manage essential activities with confidence.

Increase skills using public transport

Development of Public Transport Skills Individualised support to increase knowledge and confidence in using buses, trains, or other forms of public transport, enhancing independent travel.

Exercise health support

Health and Exercise Support Encouragement and assistance to participate in physical activities that support health and wellbeing, tailored to each participant’s abilities and preferences.

Visit, build and maintain relationships

Support to Build and Maintain Relationships Facilitating social interactions, visits with friends and family, and opportunities to build new connections, with a focus on meaningful relationship development.

New skills, interests or holiday

Participation in New Skills, Interests or Holidays Enabling access to hobbies, group activities, or short holidays that promote learning, enjoyment, and personal enrichment.
